  • 1,5 L of water
  • ½ apple (green or red)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks


Cut the apple into fine slices, removing only the seeds. Add them to 1,5 L of water in a bottle or jar. Then break the cinnamon sticks in half and add them to the mix as well.

If you want a small kick of freshness then consider adding the juice of half a lemon.

If you want some texture in the water just add a pinch of chia seeds. Leave the bottle in the fridge over night and it’ll be ready to take in the morning.

To make this smoothie you’ll need:

  • ½ banana
  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • 3 lettuce leaves
  • ¼ cucumber
  • Dairy-free milk (optional, you can use water)
  • Lemon juice


Blend all the ingredients together and take it with you in a bottle. To make it perfect, you need a good blender, try this one.


Besides being rich in so many vitamins and nutrients, bananas are a great aid in lowering blood sugar levels, improving digestive health and improving kidney and heart health. With its high amounts of fiber, and low calories, bananas help you lose weight and keep you full for longer.

To make this recipes you’ll need:

  • ½ lemon sliced
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1,5 L of water


Raspberries contain powerful antioxidants, and are full of nutrients and vitamins. They also promote a healthy skin, increase your energy and overall weight loss. It is believed that raspberry ketones can actually help increase weight loss.


Add the slices of lemon and half the raspberries to the water;

Blend/Smash the rest of the raspberries and mix them into the water;

Add the lemon juice and mix everything well;

  1. Watermelon Smoothie

  • splash of lemon juice
  • 1 L of water
